Additional Ways to Save on Dubai Balloon UAE

• Child fares and infant tickets. Children aged 3 to 11 pay AED 95 on the Explorer Pass, roughly half the adult fare. Each adult ticket also covers one infant under 3 at no cost, with proof of age required at the entrance. Families with several young children see the largest difference in the total.
• Family Passes at checkout. The Explorer Pass page lists a Family Pass for two adults and two children, with one child ticket complimentary. It appears during checkout rather than on the pricing table. Check the final total against buying four separate tickets before you pay.
• Explorer Pass instead of Express Pass. The Express Pass costs AED 100 more per adult and adds priority boarding and a complimentary café drink. The Explorer Pass includes the same 10-minute flight. Choose Explorer if you are not short on time.
• Café access for non-flying guests. Guests who prefer to stay on the ground can buy café access on-site for AED 40. It includes a complimentary drink, and spots are limited. This avoids paying a full flight fare for someone who only wants to watch.
• Reseller listings and promo codes. Headout, Viator, and other platforms list the balloon, and their prices can differ from the AED 195 direct fare. Compare totals and check each platform's cancellation terms before booking. You can also check GrabOn UAE for Headout promo codes.

Ticket Validity and Weather Rebooking at Dubai Balloon UAE

Dubai Balloon tickets are valid for six months from the travel date you select. They are not slot-based, so a ticket works at any time on the chosen day during operating hours.

Tickets are non-refundable if you cannot use them. You can rebook for another day within the following six months, and this applies to weather cancellations too. The balloon stays grounded in thunderstorms or winds above 25 knots at ride height.

Check the flight status tracker on the website or call 800-225-5666 before you travel. This protects the value of a ticket you have already paid for.
