Additional Ways to Save on NET-A-PORTER UAE

• NET-A-PORTER Rewards programme. NET-A-PORTER runs a tiered loyalty programme for UAE shoppers with four levels - Bronze, Silver, Gold, and EIP (Extremely Important Person). UAE spend thresholds are set in AED: Silver begins at AED 4,600, Gold at AED 23,000, and EIP at AED 45,000 annually. Benefits increase with each tier and include birthday rewards, early sale access, and shipping rewards. Your tier is calculated on net spend during a calendar year and confirmed automatically in your account.

• App-exclusive first-order discount. New customers who place their first order through the NET-A-PORTER app can access a 10% discount on eligible items. The offer applies without a minimum order value and covers a broad selection of women's wear, shoes, and accessories. Download the app, create or log into your account, and apply the code at checkout before placing your first app order.

• Newsletter signup discount. Subscribing to the NET-A-PORTER email newsletter typically unlocks a welcome discount for new subscribers. Sign up through the UAE site to confirm you receive the offer applicable to your location. The code is usually delivered by email shortly after registration.

• Sale and end-of-season reductions. NET-A-PORTER runs two main markdown periods each year - mid-season and end-of-season - where selected designer pieces are reduced by up to 70%. Sale items are listed under the dedicated Sale section on the UAE site. Discount codes generally cannot be applied on top of already-reduced sale prices, so check the terms before applying a code to a mixed cart.

• EIP membership benefits. Customers who reach the EIP tier (AED 45,000 annual net spend) receive complimentary global shipping on all orders, early access to sales before general availability, and a dedicated personal shopper. Gold tier members receive four complimentary express shipping codes per year, redeemable via the Rewards Hub in their account.

• Verified promo codes. NET-A-PORTER publishes active promotional codes on its own website from time to time, and you can also check GrabOn UAE for verified NET-A-PORTER promo codes before placing your order. Codes are typically category-specific or tied to new customer eligibility - confirm the terms match your cart before applying.

• White Friday and 11.11 sales. NET-A-PORTER participates in the UAE White Friday sale period in November, alongside a pre-sale event around 11.11. These are among the deepest discount periods of the year for luxury fashion. Adding items to your wishlist before the sale begins makes it easier to check back quickly when the event goes live.

The NET-A-PORTER Rewards Programme

NET-A-PORTER Rewards is the platform's tiered loyalty scheme, available to UAE residents through the UAE site. Membership is automatic once your annual net spend (excluding returns, taxes, and delivery) crosses the Bronze threshold. In the UAE, tiers are calculated in AED: Bronze covers spend from AED 0, Silver from AED 4,600, Gold from AED 23,000, and EIP from AED 45,000. Spending on both NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER counts toward the same threshold if you register a linked account.

Each tier unlocks additional benefits. Silver members receive a birthday reward and periodic discount access. Gold members receive four complimentary express shipping codes per rewards year, available in the Rewards Hub in your account. EIP members receive complimentary global shipping on all orders, early access to sales and new arrivals, and a personal shopper who can source specific pieces and advise on sizing. Platinum EIP status is available for exceptionally high annual spend and is handled directly by the personal shopping team.

Your tier status is held through the end of the calendar year in which you qualify and for the full following year, unless you move up. If spend drops below the Silver threshold in a given year, you will exit the programme until the threshold is reached again.

About NET-A-PORTER UAE

NET-A-PORTER was founded in London in 2000 by Natalie Massenet as one of the first online retailers dedicated to luxury designer fashion. The platform operates as a multi-brand destination stocking over 800 designer labels across womenswear, shoes, bags, fine jewellery, watches, beauty, and activewear. It ships to the UAE and over 170 countries, with all taxes and duties included in the checkout price on a DDP basis. In April 2025, YNAP - the parent group of NET-A-PORTER - was acquired by Mytheresa, and the combined entity now operates under LuxExperience B.V. The UAE site operates in English and Arabic and prices in AED, making it one of the more fully localised luxury fashion platforms available to shoppers in the region.

Alternatives to NET-A-PORTER UAE

Farfetch is a strong alternative for UAE shoppers looking for a broad range of luxury designer fashion from a global network of boutiques and brand partners. The catalogue spans womenswear, menswear, bags, shoes, and jewellery, with pieces available from both established houses and emerging designers not always stocked on NET-A-PORTER. Farfetch ships to all UAE emirates and has participated in the White Friday and end-of-season sale periods with discounts across its designer inventory. You can find verified Farfetch coupon codes and offers on GrabOn UAE before placing your order.

Mytheresa is a Munich-based luxury retailer with a more curated, edit-focused approach to designer womenswear, shoes, and accessories. As of April 2025, Mytheresa and NET-A-PORTER operate under the same parent group, LuxExperience B.V., but maintain separate storefronts with different brand mixes and editorial directions. Mytheresa tends to stock a tighter selection of in-season pieces with fewer sale items available at any one time, making it worth checking alongside NET-A-PORTER during peak discount periods. Mytheresa promo codes for UAE shoppers are listed on GrabOn UAE.
